With strong roots in Ayrshire, owner Henry Fitsimmons has over five decades operating in Ayrshire, employing hundreds of locals and reinvesting into the part of Scotland he grew up in and built his business through a focus on customer service, loyal staff and a dedication to reinvest in the business.
Our hotels are based entirely on the customer experience, as a small, family owned group, we have the benefits of knowing our suppliers, and working with local businesses to support one another. We source the finest ingredients to deliver some wonderful menus, and our staff are more than just employees, they’re part of the Fitzsimmons family.
