As a small, family-owned business, we place the guest experience at the heart of everything we do – working closely with trusted local suppliers, sourcing the finest ingredients and fostering a team culture where our people are truly part of the Fitzsimmons family.
Our venues provide exceptional settings for unforgettable events and beautiful weddings. Both hotels offer elegant event spaces catering for up to 200 guests, complemented by stunning wedding gardens for picture-perfect moments. Our hotels are also renowned for their fantastic tribute events, delivering performances for memorable nights out.
